Our Summer Centennial Cup is back again. Teams of 4 (minimum 2 Fitness Centre members) will earn points by participating in 5 events. Snacks, Prizes and Braggin’ Rights are up for grabs!

Hours of Operation

Full Membership Hours

Monday to Friday
5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Weekends and Holidays
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Flex Membership Hours

Monday to Friday
8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Staffed Hours

Monday to Friday
6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Flex members may access the fitness centre only during off-peak hours
Full access is available to flex members on weekends and holidays
