Centennial Place Fitness Centre offers first class services and amenities to enhance the health and wellbeing of its members therein supporting their highest levels of success.

Hours of Operation

Full Membership Hours

Monday to Friday
5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Weekends and Holidays
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Flex Membership Hours

Monday to Friday
8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Staffed Hours

Monday to Friday
6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Flex members may access the fitness centre only during off-peak hours
Full access is available to flex members on weekends and holidays
